A fan ran inside the ground during the second ODI here at Multan Cricket Stadium.
Shadab was facing Anderson Phillip when a fan arrived on the pitch, did salute to the all-rounder and hugged him.
In response, Shadab also hugged him tight and then he ran away with full excitement.
Meanwhile, no security personnel was seen behind him as they reached the scene late.
He then ran towards the end of the ground, where security escorted him out of the pitch, and he was taken into custody and interrogated by the local SHO.
According to Geo Super that the man will be released shortly.
